Blue Birds in Michigan

Various blue birds are found in Michigan. A small, bright blue-colored bird of Michigan is the eastern bluebird. It is orange on its throat and breast. Another common bird, the blue jay, has beautiful blue feathers on its back with black bars. Its underside is white. The purple martin is dark blue with a black tail and wings.
